Thiensville is a small village of about 3,300 residents, completely surrounded by the City of Mequon and about 20 minutes north of downtown Milwaukee. Its walkable downtown along Main Street has restaurants, shops and coffee houses, and Village Park sits along the Milwaukee River.
Homes and prices
Thiensville has a mix of early-1900s homes near downtown, mid-century ranches and Cape Cods, and a number of condominiums and apartments. Homes here are generally priced below those in surrounding Mequon, which makes Thiensville a popular way to get into the Mequon-Thiensville schools.
